According to a report in CNN, the China-based manufacturing enterprise Broad Group has managed to construct a 10-storey steel apartment building in just over a day. Broad Group is known for completing significant projects in double quick time.
Living Building is a concept that designed to be easy to transport and install. It uses B-Core steel slabs as structural elements which are 10-times lighter and 100-times stronger than conventional slabs.
In the factory, all the components are prepared and fit into a standard shipping container. After that, they deliver them to the site and assembled together, made into a fully constructed building.
